Full-service wedding floral design is primarily available in spring and fall: March, April, May, September, October, and early November.
Typical peak-season projects currently start around $4,500. Services can include consultation, personal flowers, ceremony and reception design, access to our vessel/arbor/chuppah inventory, delivery, installation and setup, as well as complete post-event floral cleanup.

After seven years and more than 425 local weddings, we know how to balance creative ambition with the practical realities of a wedding day. The work is seasonal and site-specific, with flowers sourced from Fireside Farm and neighboring farms whenever possible.
We provide the vessels, mechanics, delivery, installation, and post-event cleanup needed to carry the floral story from the first arrangement to the final toast.

Centerpieces, bud vases, long-table flowers, bars, escort displays, statement pieces, and other special event florals that create atmosphere without overwhelming the room.

How we make it yours
Listen first. Then design.
Step 1: Get in touch
Once your date and venue are set, inquire. If available, Lisa schedules a phone consultation to talk vision and fit.
Step 2: Review your proposal
You’ll receive a detailed line-item floral plan with proposed varieties, pricing, and images of related Fireside work.
Step 3: Book + refine
Sign the floral agreement and pay the save-the-date retainer; then we keep refining the floral plan as the wedding details fall into place. On the big day….voila!

As soon as your wedding date and venue are set. Popular April, May, and October dates often book a year or more ahead, but it's always worth checking if your celebration is coming up in the next few months.

Yes! Locally grown, seasonal flowers are at the heart of our floral designs whenever the season allows. We also thoughtfully incorporate imported flowers when they bring just the right color, shape, or something special to the mix.

We love inspiration photos! They help us understand the colors, mood, and details that catch your eye. Rather than copying another florist's work, we use those clues to create something original that feels right for your celebration, venue, and season.

Sometimes! If our schedule allows, especially outside peak spring and fall weekends, smaller floral orders may be possible. Whether you're looking for a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, or a few special arrangements, it never hurts to ask.
