Booking Process

  1. Get in touch
As soon as you have chosen your date and venue, reach out! If I am available, we will schedule a no-pressure phone consultation to discuss your vision and make sure we’re a good fit. I usually book weddings a year before the big day, but it’s worth checking if your date is within less than a year.

  2. Review your proposal
After we chat, I’ll send a detailed line-item breakdown and plan for every design we discussed, along with the flower varieties I hope to use + photos of similar past designs I’ve created.

  3. Book the date
If you like what you see, I’ll send a contract and ask for a save-the-date retainer. Then voila! I’m your florist! We will continue to refine your floral plan as more details fall into place. Then I’ll show up with all the flowers on your big day! For full-service events during the spring and fall, I’ll supply all of the vases and vessels, design the ceremony accent, and pick everything up after the reception, if needed.
