At Fireside Farm, we love to help couples design their ideal floral environments. From whimsical flower crowns to romantic arbors, we can help you set a lush, celebratory tone. Our specialty is working with high-end seasonal flowers that we grow ourselves or source from a local distributor for you. Our design style is playful and organic, with lots of texture and surprise elements. No two bouquets are ever the same, as we design with what is in season to customize your vision. When you choose Fireside, you get access to the freshest seasonal flowers with the intention of maintaining a small carbon footprint. For couples planning a wedding, we offer three options— Full-Service, DIY + Floral Design, or A La Carte Designs. 2024 is almost fully booked, but there are plenty of weekends left in 2025. Full Service Design

A full-service package includes everything you need to make your florals a gorgeous tone-setter for your wedding.

We begin with a Zoom or phone conversation in which we explore different floral aesthetics, best practices for wedding flowers, pricing, and the logistics for your event. After this, we send an estimate of your costs as well as suggestions for the designs, flower varieties and colors you’re envisioning. Once you have placed a deposit and the date is booked for you, we are available as questions arise. This package includes ongoing collaboration as you hone in on your vision, additional flower sourcing (if applicable), delivery, on-site installation, and post-event breakdown. If you need an arbor, we have many options to meet your needs— a 7 x 7 walnut-stained rectangular arbor that we built from trees on our property, a hexagonal wooden arbor, a white birch chuppah, a gold “moon gate,” and a copper arbor to rent out and decorate at your venue, as well as lots of vases, compotes, elevated stands, and bud vases.

If your wedding is going to involve a lot of details, then a full-service package can help you focus on your guests and experience— and not your decor. Also, because we have worked in the Triangle area for a while, we understand the design opportunities of many of the local venues.

We typically book at least one year in advance for popular wedding dates during peak season. If your wedding is during one of these times, get in touch with us as soon as possible. It is not uncommon for us to be fully booked for popular dates 12 to 16 months in advance. During peak season (April-June and September-November) we prioritize booking full-service clients, and those dates fill quickly.

DIY + Floral Design

One of our popular options —DIY + Floral Design— is for couples who want a combination of bulk flowers and finished designs that we create. We supply buckets of flowers for those items that couples want to create themselves or delegate to others (table arrangements, cake decor, simple greenery, etc) and a suite of curated designs for those items where floral artistry is required— in the bridal bouquets, corsages, altar or arbor installations, flower crowns, and boutonnieres.

We’re happy to work with couples within their budgets— and to do only those floral designs where an experienced hand is important. In these cases, we will help you to create an overall aesthetic by supplying you with flowers that match your color palette and ceremonial bouquet/s.

To help, we have a wide variety of vases that you can rent— from bud vases to centerpiece compotes— and we can supply greenery for you, either from our farm or from local wholesalers.

**Note that during peak season months (April-June and September-November), we must prioritize full-service clients, so we only book a handful of DIY weddings when it’s a good fit. (Hint: that means local and seasonal blooms!)
